 Key Project Elements:

Renovation to an existing office building to house DPS elementary school and a technical college. Technical college improvements include a culinary arts program, cosmetology program, science rooms, offices, and support functions. Elementary school improvements include multi-purpose room with storage, 17 classrooms, library and offices; student technology.
